1. Returns Eligibility
Products can be returned only if they are:

- Not as described on our website
Conditions for returns:
- Items must be in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used makeup, skincare, or personal care products
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance, discounted, or promotional items marked as non-returnable
- Items damaged due to mishandling, misuse, or external factors
3. Refunds
- Once a returned product is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If the product is found ineligible for return, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
4. Replacements
- If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you may request a replacement instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).
- Replacement requests must also be made within the 7-day return window.
5. Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
